Getting Started

Sign up on our platform via the register page. Complete the step by step form to create your account.

After registration, go to the pricing page and subscribe. Complete the payment to unlock all premium features.

Go to your connections page and link your social or business accounts to enhance your profile credibility.

Navigate to the Listings section and click 'Create Listing'. Fill in the required details and publish your first listing.

How do I connect my eBay account?

Navigate to your connections page.

Click Connect eBay.

Sign in with your eBay account and authorize access.

Once connected, the button will switch to Disconnect.

Note: The connection will expire after 2 hours and will need to be reauthorized.

Note: After logging in once, you will automatically login in the future, no need to re-enter your credentials.

How do I connect my Depop account?

Navigate to your connections page.

Click Connect Depop.

How do I connect my Shopify account?

1. In Shopify, go to the Apps section and create a new app.
2. When prompted, configure the required permissions (see below for the exact scopes).
3. Install the app and copy your access token and domain URL.
4. In your connections page, click Connect Shopify, and paste your access token when prompted.
5. Once connected, the button will switch to Disconnect.

Required Shopify API Scopes:
  • Applications: read_apps
  • Discounts: write_discounts, read_discounts
  • Files: write_files, read_files
  • Inventory: write_inventory, read_inventory
  • Orders (includes PII): write_orders, read_orders
  • Product listings: write_product_listings, read_product_listings

How do I connect my email to Auto Delist?

Currently, Auto Delist supports only Gmail accounts.

To set up Gmail for Auto Delist, go to your Google Account and make sure you have 2FA enabled.

In the security section, search for "App passwords". When prompted for an app name, we recommend entering RevUP so you remember its purpose.

Google will generate a unique app password—this is the Gmail password you should enter in RevUP when connecting for Auto Delist.

Important: By providing this app password, you allow RevUP access to your Gmail inbox to check for sales notifications and automate delisting.

Enabling auto offers for eBay lets you worry less about manually accepting or declining offers from buyers. Our system automates this process, making your selling experience smoother and more efficient.

You reduce manual work and save time—no more constantly checking and responding to offers yourself. You can enjoy peace of mind knowing offers are handled automatically based on your preferences.

This feature works only if your eBay account is already connected and Auto Delist is set up, as we use your email to check for new offers and sales.

Auto offers make your life easier and help you avoid missing out on potential sales or accidentally declining good offers.

Why should I use AI descriptions?

Enabling AI descriptions helps your listings look more professional and attractive to buyers.

For Shopify, which uses HTML for its product pages, enabling AI descriptions means the AI will add well-structured HTML around the information you provide. This results in visually appealing and organized descriptions that stand out and look polished to customers.

For eBay, AI descriptions help make your listings more professional and visually consistent, improving the overall impression and increasing buyer trust.

We recommend enabling AI descriptions for a better, more effective presentation of your products on both platforms.

You can view and manage your subscription directly from your accounts page. All relevant information, including billing and renewal options, are available there.
